Hartley care was established in 2021. A group of ex care workers wanted to create a care business that supports clients but also carers as well. We believed happy carers are more likely to deliver a much better service. We also wanted to ensure clients receive high quality care, carers staying the full call duration, no rushed calls and a package that is individual to the client.

What do you love most about your job?
I love knowing that all our clients are receiving the best possible care. I am a stickler for this, any complaints we recieve are dealt with promptly and always delivering high levels of customer service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was disgruntled working for other providers that promised clients the world but rarely delivered.
Why should our clients choose you?
We always go the extra mile, and we pride ourselves on always delivering person centered care.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff are regularly tested for Covid, we provide free PPE to all carers including masks, aprons, gloves and disposable shoe covers.
Sitting Service
Sitting service is a form of respite care, where a person who cares for another person gets some time away to themselves. Everyone who cares for another person needs a break regularly, as while rewarding, caring for another person can be emotionally and physically draining. Seniors, or older people, are generally considered to be anyone over the age of 65 years, although circumstances differ widely, and many people of advancing years live totally independently without needing any extra support. For those that do though, knowing that caregivers can have some time away from their duties means that everyone involved can reduce the pressure on their shoulders and the person needing care can receive it consistently.
