Hello, my name is Helena and I am an accredited counsellor who specialises in working with children and young people.

I am based in Bournemouth, Dorset and provide a comfortable safe space for appointments during evenings and weekends.

We have all experienced occasions when it feels hard to speak to those closest to us, this can often be due to not wanting to worry those we love.

Counselling offers a safe space to help children find their way through what ever is troubling them.
