The Key secret to keep the party dancing all night long is to keep the music at a good tempo and monitor the crowd and see how they react to the selection of music your playing also try and take request when possible.

My style is up lifting and commercial Holiday Vibe includes Pop ,House,RnB, Rare Groove, Dance hall/Reggae , Funk, Soul, UK Garage, Afro-beats .i m very versatile as i have a lot of knowledge so and can play most genres of music.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help clients to reach there fitness goals by giving encouragement and motivation then as we start to work together i will then designing a workout program for there specifics i also give advice on nutrition and monitor there Food intake.

What I love most about my job as a Personal Trainer is seeing the results of my work and helping people to reach there goals. i also feel a great satisfaction when i have made that difference and given a new confidence strength and character to someone .
