I have been training with Jay for some time now. He’s honestly the best PT I’ve ever had and I’ve had many! He tailors every session to meet my needs and the sessions are hardly ever repetitive. He’s always teaching me new exercises and makes sure my form is always correct. He will ask you how intense you want the session and if you say very intense like I have done you won’t be able to move post exercise!! Jay also helps me with my meal plan and ensures that I eat healthy.
