Our approach incorporates counselling theory techniques with practical coaching approach’s to not only provide therapeutic relief but actionable methods of change.

At From Here To There we work with clients on the basis that in order to function in the present we must learn to recognise and understand our past.

In understanding our past we heighten our awareness of our present and with awareness comes understanding.

Understanding our present gives us the power to recognise our behavioural patterns and to challenge our self limiting cycles.

This power allows us to make real changes in our lives and return to our most authentic selves.

There; Where you envision your ideal life position to be and how you can work to reach this destination.

With From Here To There you are guaranteed an ethical and confidential coaching journey that is completely free of judgment and our confidentiality contract provides vital assurance that your appointment content is kept strictly between you and your coach.

You will be offered an initial course of four appointments to begin your coaching process. These appointments each focus on one element of the From Here To There philosophy.
