Introduction Coaching Programme
A set of six coaching sessions over a period of 2 months to outline some key starting points to kick start your life back into action.
Discover your character strengths and how you can make them work well for you.
Learn what holds you back and develop some strategies to spotting and stopping them in their tracks.
Begin to address a current challenge in your life with a new vigour and enthusiasm.
Mental Fitness 6 week programme
A fully serviced mental fitness programme, taken as a group or singularly. This programme focuses on targeting your personal saboteurs who create negative feelings which prevent you daily from living your life to the full.
It Includes: an app to use daily to support your goal, weekly videos to describe the theory and use of the programme, weekly coach meeting with me and others if taken as part of a group.
Dig Deep Coaching Programme
A set of coaching sessions to focus on an area of your choice. Options include: self-compassion, mental fitness, communication reset, emotional regulation, depression, anxiety.
