A healthy diet is a crucial part of a person's well-being and can affect mental health, life expectancy, skin health and hair health.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients growing in confidence and achieving their goals. Whether that may be losing weight, gaining muscle, gaining weight, improving acne, treating health conditions etc.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom of creating my own work patterns and building something from the ground up is very rewarding.
