Just a really fantastic experience from top to bottom. Matt (Chef) and Joe (Som) are both obviously brilliant at their respective crafts and are very amiable with it too. Sommelier runs through exactly why he has paired each wine choice with your food, where it is from etc - Chef runs through each element of the respective dishes, where they are sourced from, how they are cooked etc Just a very engrossing fact laden evening in the company of two great blokes who know their onions (and sparkling wines ), topped off with the Best prepared food and hand picked wines. I left the evening with more knowledge about wine than I came in with and was party to consuming the best food I have ever had created for me... I can’t recommend this very professional outfit any higher and am looking forward very much to the next time our group employ both their warm bon homie and most excellent services. Five Star.
