Went to an MA class here. The thing that stood out for me was the fantastic atmosphere. The staff were all very good, and people taking class were all really friendly and nice which for me made it easier to relax and enjoy the class. The facilities themselves were clean, and also lots of staff on hand to help out if you need it. More...

Fighting Fit changed my life, I entered the gym overweight, bullied, and shy. All that soon changed, everyone at the gym was instantly my friend, I had more friends than I have ever had in my life, people knew me and called me by my name instead of the horrible jibes I was used too, they wanted to help me not only correct what I was doing wrong but to achieve my goals (long and short term). I truly believe Fighting Fit changed my life and continues to do so, I am no longer 16 stone and have fought at 11 stone, I would have never believed this to be possible if I hadn't gone to Fighting Fit that day the coaches and the whole team worked so hard to get me to that weight and actually be able to step into the cage. I have friends who look out for me because the people are bloody incredible, the coaches are actual CHAMPIONS and the stuff they teach is amazing, if you want to be the best you must first learn from the best so get down to Fighting Fit and join us all on our road to greatness! When I first started training at Fighting Fit, I weighed about 60kg, and could barely squat 80kg. After a few years of training, I now weigh 80kg and squat 180kg. Short of hiring a coach for years on end (and spending a vast amount of money in the process), you are unlikely to make gains like that anywhere else. The gym community is fantastic; members are friendly, everyone gets on and helps each other out in training, whatever discipline they study. The coaching team is one of the most highly qualified I have ever come across; we have Olympic athletes and globally ranked competitors taking classes on a daily basis. If you want to train in a supportive, friendly environment, make steady progress, and learn from people with real knowledge and expertise, this is the place for you. More...

Fighting Fit, is a great place to hone your skills in several diverse disciplines such as MMA, Boxing and BJJ thanks to the vastly experienced and talented coaching staff on hand.
The coaches are very cerebral in their approach to their classes, and are brimming with insightful knowledge that constantly helps me to improve on a daily basis as a student of MMA.
I've trained at multiple gyms around the country over the years, yet I've always come back home to Fighting Fit. I use the word home because that's exactly what it feels like, thanks to the great community created by all the staff and members involved.
I especially love that there are no egos at this gym, yes – everyone works hard for their own personal gain, but at the same time everyone pushes and helps each other to learn and grow.
Whatever your goals are, whether that’s to learn to fight/protect yourself, get fit or simply loose a bit of weight, Fighting Fit has all your bases covered under one roof for a great price.
