You have taken the first steps in moving foward by visiting this page.It is not an easy task to seek help, you show courage, through your recognition of needing counselling . I am a fully qualified counsellor and a member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I am a Relate trained couples therapist.I am on the Relate practitioners register.I specialise in working with couples and individuals .I am also an intergrative counsellor.I believe the therapeutic relationship is important and i draw from different approaches to suit your needs and what presents in the therapy room for you.
I have worked with many couples on the issues of affairs , lack of intimacy and communication breakdown.I have also worked with domestic violence clients for 17 years. The experience led to me working with couples.I also work with individuals based on their presenting issues of trauma, anger, self confidence,anxiety and many presenting issues.
