Contact esmad if you have any pest problems. We heard scratching which started off in the wall cavity of our house and then a few days later we ended up hearing it in the loft above our bedroom ceiling. I sent esmad a message and explained the noises we were hearing and he came straight out to us on a Sunday and had a good look around in the loft and put some poison down. We then left it for a few days to see if the rodent would take the bait but it didn't..... we were still hearing the scratching at night. I then txt again to let him know we were still hearing noises during the night. Rick came back on the Thursday and put some more bait down and a few traps. After 1 or 2 nights the scratching stopped. Luckily enough there was a mouse in the trap when he came back to check the traps a week later. Rick is a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guy and is great at his job. My mother had a family of mice that had taken up residence in her house, and so I called Esmad Pest Control.
They sent out a lovely man who was very thorough, and I was completely at ease with him being in my mother’s house.
