My take is to think outside the box. Health and fitness is like any other sector in life, in that the 'norm' stays as the 'norm' until someone discovers something new, which is better and more effective, which eventually becomes the new norm.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I understand the process because not only have I been there, but I have worked with people of different ages and sizes, and developed the tools to tackle every problem. I have admittedly learnt from past mistakes and have a desire to learn more.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Patience, determination and being realistic with what you can achieve. Getting a six-pack is difficult and somtimes a unenjoyable and anti-climactic process, you have to makesure you really want it
What do you love most about your job?
It doesn't feel like 'work' I enjoy what I do because it comes natural and enjoyable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Personal Training is the only thing I imagined myself doing since I was 17. Therefore, I have a primal ambition to excel as well as I can in the industry.
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer something different to what other personal trainers do. I offer an eye to think outside the box, and try something else. Over the years, I have invested in training methods and patented strength and conditioning equipment which are usually found in sports performance centres, professional sports teams and used by well known coaches around the world.

Yes, I offer an online training package, which includes exercise video demonstration, my exercise video instruction, voicenotes, a short term and long term periodized strength and conditioning plan and weekly check-ins.
