We will go through a full questionnaire with you to make sure that when we get started on your project, we have the best kick-off possible.

Depending on whereabouts in the world you are, this could take the form of either a face-to-face meeting, or an online call over an hour or so where we will want to find out more about you, your business, what you want from us, what success looks like for you and the details like logos, colours etc.

Working with such a diverse array of different clients. On any given day I could go from building a brand new eCommerce website for an independent wine retailer to creating and scheduling social media content for a nature-focused art project.

I have always wanted to run my own business. I've always been so motivated to get on and do, there's no job in the world that could ever give me the stimulation day-to-day to keep me occupied. Working for myself, and running my own business, there is never a dull moment and that's just the way I like it!

I like to think that I build a really strong working relationship with all of my clients. Professionalism is, of course, paramount, but at the same time I want you to feel comfortable to drop me a message at any time whenever you need some help with your website - or want to tweak something with your social media strategy - and if that means meeting up for a coffee, even better!

Absolutely. I have worked with clients where we have met face-to-face for every meeting and others who I have never met in person. As part of the initial kick-off call, we would decide between us the best way to work together in a format that is productive and effective for both of us - and continually adapt as necessary throughout the project.

If clients feel more comfortable working remotely, I can absolutely do that. If not, if we want to meet in person, I am happy to mask up and leave space if that's how you feel more comfortable!
