Hello, My name is Elaine Conway and I am a qualified, experienced counsellor, offering both short and long term counselling to individuals. I have practices both locally in Potters Bar and also in and around the City of London. I work using an Integrative approach, which means I combine a range of therapies (incl. Psychodynamic, CBT, Mindfulness, Brief Therapy, Humanistic and Person-centred). As a Counsellor, I am extremely passionate about providing effective therapy which can lead to relieving the distress which we all experience at some point in our lives - be it anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addictions, family issues, low self esteem, issues of abuse or any other means of distress clients experience. Outside my formal training, I also have a keen interest in the body and mind connection and am aware how yoga, mindfulness and meditation can strengthen this connection.
