What do you love most about your job?
Being there when our clients need us. We enjoy seeing smiles on the faces of people we support as sometimes we may be the one people they may see or interact with in a day

To improve on the services being offered in the community

This service can not be provide on line. This is providing personal care or companionship to people we support as they live independently in their homes.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow the PHE, NICE, NHS, DOH guidelines in respect to Covid-19. We encourage all our staff to be doubly vaccinated and also to take the jab.
We provide PPEs to all our staff. We also encourage our service users to ventilate their homes as often as they can tolerate.
