What do you love most about your job?
There is no better feeling than turning up to a concerned customer with a pest problem and providing a solution that reasures them that the problem is fixable, leaving them confident and with a plan on how I will resolve the issue.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for larger Pest Control companies and I have had no control over the services offered, or the amount of time each customer needs to understand the problem, often for large companies you are on tight schedules, I have the time to provide a personal service.
Why should our clients choose you?
I take the time to explain why the problem occurred and how it can be treated. Reassurance is as important as the treatment, most clients are stressed about the situation, locate, identify, plan and treatment provides the Reassurance.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am part of the venerable group, so diligence in my own safety also provides protection to my clients, I have had both jabs.
As a Pest Managment Technician I am very conscious of transference.
Constant hand cleaning, use of face masks and disposable gloves are normal proceedure due to the nature of the business.
