How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Diet has been linked to many different illnesses and medical conditions, changing your diet to a healthier one can help reduce your risk of getting such illnesses.
With far too much pressure to immediately have a healthy diet, or to immediately lose weight, it is easy to have bad relationship with food. Eating healthily should something you can enjoy and not make you miserable.
What do you love most about your job?
The most enjoyable part about talking with clients, is hearing them getting excited over food, no matter what it is.
What inspired you to start your own business?
There is so much in the media and online which is giving people false or inaccurate information about food. So many fad diets and “get lean quick tips” which are causing confusion for people who are looking to change their diets. I want to help educate people to allow them to be able to make the right choices when changing to a healthier diet.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a qualified nutritionist, I use the knowledge gained from my Master in Nutrition and further study to provide support and advice based on scientific evidence.
I am continually expanding my knowledge base, keeping up to date with the latest research. With all the scare mongering and fad diets in the media, I study the evidence to make sure you are getting the correct advice.
