I trained with Dan 3 days a week for about 6 months. Not only did I feel great but the change in my body shape and mindset completely changed. Dan is amazing at his job, he’s knowledge about the body, muscles and exercises use to blow my mind. Not only would he push me to my limits he made the gym fun. Having worked with Dan for 4 months now, I’ve really enjoyed each session. I wanted a PT to help hold me accountable me and give me some different exercises to strengthen my back and core, which Dan has certainly delivered on, and lost 4kgs in the process. Dan is great! He pitches the sessions just right - a great balance between 'you can do this' and 'I don't think I can do this'! He pushes you to make progress whilst making the sessions fun and the time fly by with lots of variety - no session is the same as the last. He listened to my wants / targets and built an enjoyable (and hard) plan.
Also sorted my diet, again in a non-scary way.
It was fun, engaging and converted me from a non-gymer to a regular...I’ve never looked back.
I still speak with Dan as a trainer and friend.

Right from the get go Dan made me feel at ease . We discussed my goals and what I wanted to achieve in great detail . All the sessions were fun , well planned and challenging. During the sessions I was informed as to why we were working on what and the benefits of the exercise . Dan knows his stuff and I noticed on days I was in the gym on my own that he would pop over to make sure I was ok and if I needed any help. We always say hello and have a good chat / catch up and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.
After this latest lockdown I am sure I will be giving Him another call .

Yes I offer services online via Zoom, for not only 1-2-1, but couples and group training.

All equipment is sanitised before and after each session. A face mask is worn at all times. Training is adapted to allow 2 metre adherence.
