Cynthia used Mr. Muscle drain declogger, a highly toxic and dangerous product to clean my toilet. Since she left both myself and my cats are having difficulty breathing. On the product it specifically says "DO NOT USE ON TOILET" the whole house smells of toxic fumes. I now had call a plumber... My pvc toilet pipes are not equipped for such toxicity and the toilet has stopped flushing. Just for a plumber to come take a look it will cost me £200, I appreciate she came on short notice but I am very unhappy with this service it has been distressing for both myself and my family. What inspired you to start your own business?
After my rent deposit was taken due to according to the agent, the property was not properly clean. I promised myself, that I will make sure any property I move in after then, I will leave it clean and get my deposit back in full.
