Both Julia and Sasha are amazing! I have had the pleasure of working with them both over the course of a year, and they were so patient and understanding. They tailored my workouts to my goals, and kept me motivated throughout. It’s great to have accountability when you work out - but they don’t just feel like personal trainers, they are friends too. Since my very first communication with Conte Health & Fitness, I have had a fantastic experience! Both Sasha & Julia have been extremely helpful with their knowledge and expertise in health & fitness but they're also super lovely to deal with. My main focus has been on yoga as I'd like to improve my overall flexibility (where I have already seen improvements) but they have assisted me with much more than that including my nutrition providing a truly holistic experience. I've been training with Sasha for over 3 months now and really appreciate his understanding and genuine desire to help. He has helped clear much confusion I developed surrounding nutrition and training over the years as a result of fad dieting and poor direction.

He has a holistic approach and is ever generous with his time. It’s helpful that he picks up and guides on more than just personal goals given his experience. Always been mindful of my back issues and tailored workouts accordingly. The strength training has significantly improved my lower back pain.

Sasha is extremely supportive and there’s a real sense of care about your journey and progress. The regular contact maintained has really helped me stay focused and already achieve a weight loss of over 8kg!

The sessions are motivating and just fly by. Would recommend 100%.

Having been overweight for a while, it was about time to make a change to my daily nutrition and exercise habits. I had tried several personal trainers until I came across Sasha and I noticed a difference right away! Previous training sessions with others were just aimed at killing me with crazy cardio exercises without really taking my goals into account, no personal touch whatsoever and genuinely no care for me as a person. However, Sasha is completely the opposite! Since day 1 he has shown how much he cares not only for what he does but also for the person he's training, genuinely doing his best to make a difference and achieve their fitness objectives. I love my sessions with him and as a result I have already lost 5kg! I really can't wait to see the final results! Being both an experienced Personal Trainer and a student in Physiotherapy, his approach is backed by scientific knowledge and practical experience so you're guaranteed fantastic results be it fat loss, muscle building or improved diet. In my case, he's assisted me with all 3. I remember when I first started training I couldn't do even a single face-pull without assistance, whereas I'm now able to do 3 sets of 10 pull-ups all by myself! Not only that, I'm capable of doing compound exercises such as deadlifts and squats, surpassing 100kg on my deadlifts recently! Alongside my training, Sasha has always helped me to improve my nutritional habits and as a result I'm now much stronger, leaner and healthier than I've ever been in my life and for that I'll forever be thankful. In fact, I'm now thinking of taking part in a fitness competition myself! I had never had a personal training session before so was unsure of what to expect, but Sasha soon put me at ease, explaining everything that we were going to work on in detail. This not only included the training itself, but also diet, recovery and even some of the science behind it all.
Now 15 months later, having lost 20 kgs in weight and taken some serious inches off the waistline, I just feel great.

Yes, of course. Online training is done through live video calls and our fitness app.

We have 3 different sanitising stations at the health club where our clients can find anti-bacterial gel & wipes alongside masks (gloves are also available upon request). Both us and the rest of the team have now been fully vaccinated and we are still wearing masks (masks for clients are optional). The facilities are frequently cleaned and sanitised by the cleaning staff. Social distancing is followed whenever possible. Sessions can also be conducted entirely privately from our Pilates/Yoga room.

At Conte Health & Fitness our Pilates focus is underpinned following a subjective and objective examination of weaknesses in your Kinetic chain.

We use a Physiotherapy and Pilates approach to ensure strong trunk and peripheral movements.

And because we can, fine tune to allow for body composition changes through implementation of diet and key movements.

Our Pilates sessions, take place in our private Pilates room at the luxury Andaz Liverpool Street.
