Whether I was leading the introduction of an IT system, a new process, or a culture shift, the starting point was listening, accepting fear, gaining greater awareness and working in partnership to move forward.
I loved being part of that journey, helping people to move forward. So I qualified as an Executive Coach to support others to change, to unlock their potential, and be the best leader they can be.

Before we start working together I offer a free 30 mins discovery call. This enables you to see if I’m the right coach for you. It also helps me to gain a better understanding of your goal.
