Having 4 difficult cats - including 2 with health issues - we finally took a deep breath, found Claire (thanks to local recommendations) and went away for a few days. What swung it for us is that Claire came across as a professional who would be able to deal with any situation. Most importantly though was that the cats accepted her in the house and were comfortable around her. Claire kept us up to date of going-ons and we didn't worry whilst we were away. All of us will definitely have Claire back! More...
