Our management team is made up of nurses and managers with over 100 years of combined experience in domiciliary care. We understand the importance of respecting and caring for people in their own homes and we work together as a team to ensure the client is comfortable and happy.

What do you love most about your job?
I believe that carers are born and not made, what i love most about my job is the idea of putting a smile on someone face, it brings me satisfaction to be in the position of helping anyone who needs my help and not make them feel bad about needing the help.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Firstly, my love for people and the desire to make everyone around me happy put me in a position of always wanting to help. And as a carer i have had 10 years of experience in care and have been in both hospitals, care homes and domiciliary care and i understood that everyone in hospital and in care homes wished to be in the comfort of their homes, and when in dorm care i noticed a gap which i desperately wanted to cover but unable to because noticed carers always wanted to just jump in and out due to time. i always got into trouble because i spent more time that required, i could not bare the thought of rushing someone off the toilet, or with their meals , this then made me to start my own business. i feel there is a gap that needs to be filled in dorm care. The desire to have a personalised in home care options tailored to satisfy the individual needs and desires of the client, with the sole aim of maintaining their preferred way of life, We place you in charge of your care.
Also noticed there is lack of team building per package in domiciliary care, many agencies have many people in one package which defeats the idea of continuity in care, at Cecil home care we build a team of carers per package this creates a circle of trust between the client and carers.
We are dedicated in building a team that is trained and dedicated to assisting people in achieving their optimal quality of life irrespective of their ability, health, as well as mental state, we desire to see you live your life in oyur own terms. we can accompany you to appointments,shopping trips etc. we want you to be self-sufficient in the comfort your comfort zone.
our services are not rigid, they are adapted to evolve around your shifting needs.
Also, the founder has Encountered 2 Mental health Challenging cases in his internal family(Brother and Ex Wife)Diagnoses Schizophrenia . This has made him build so much passion in the health care sector.

we are involved with personal care, bed making, medication, food preparation, companionship etc, so we do not provide these services remotely or online, but we do have an "on call" services which is operational 24/7 to answer any quick emergencies.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Making sure Staff are Tested Frequently, and have the right PPE to perform their duties and Lastly have up to date training.
