How long have you been in business?
We have more than 10 years experience in care industry in the UK, Europe and across the world.
Our staff consist of people starting from carers, coordinators, field care supervisors, HR officer, registered manager and director.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Our staff is fully equipped with PPE and unforms.
When we conduct the assessment, staff member brings laptop or tablet to make notes and gather information abut service users, their preferences and choices.
We are delivering person-centred care, so importance of detailed notes are crucial for us.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing gratitude in eyes of service user and achieving small step together with them on the way of our clients journey to success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Observing changing world, where people live longer, but still due to illnesses or injuries need help and care.

Client should choose us, because we are team of devoted, professional and caring people and well-being of our service user, their goals, their dreams are ours. We want to be next to them on the path which leads to achieving their goals and support them in any activity were they need help.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff attended the training regarding Infection Control, they are fully equipped with PPE, their knowledge is updated on weekly basis and they know the importance of controlling infection.
Personal care
Assisting and support with strip wash, shower, bath, application of lotion/ointment, dressing, physio, mouth care, hair
Medication assistance
Prompting and Administering medication according to MAR Chart and doctors prescription
Domestic tasks
Help with light domestic works as laundry/dryer, ironing, mopping, cleaning bathroom, dusting, hovering, changing bed-sheets
Meals and drinks
Assisting and serving food and drinks, help with feeding/cutting/chopping when needed
Companionship
Visiting service user and spending time with individual, going out to places of worship, cafeteria, restaurant, pub, walking in the park, visiting museums and chosen by individual places
Live-in care
Dedicated package of 2-3 people, working in rotation with service user, taking care of individual 24h a day, supporting with everyday living
Nights
Available staff for night shifts, looking after individual, monitoring well-being, performing needed tasks during evening/night shift
