What do you love most about your job?
As a company we pride ourselves in the passion we have for our staff as well as our customers. We will go above and beyond to ensure that all standards are met to their highest quality, we love being able to provide a service that allows people to remain independent in their own homes, with the support of our staff.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We decided to offer our services as we wanted to be able to give back to the community and help people stay with family or in their home living as independently as possible, having a family member become poorly and I required help to look after them, i wanted to be able to offer the same services to others

We are passionate about what we offer, we are reliable and pride ourselves in continuity. We know what it means to be able to hold on to your dignity and self respect and to be able to stay in your own home where you have had so many memories with your loved ones. We want to help keep you in your home, we are here to make it easier for you.

no we are a face to face service only. we do not offer any online services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We regularly use alcohol hand gel before, during and after leaving a customers premises, we provide PPE which is to be used and disposed of after each visit, all our staff are regularly tested. and we adhere to the covid rules.
Domestic
We offer domestic services, we can assist with shopping calls, solely or support you in taking you to the supermarket or general shopping errands. We also offer support with house hold tasks such as cleaning. We are also available for companionship, days out and any other respite needs.
Personal care
We are trained in assisting with or providing full personal care. We have male and female carers. Assistance with medication, food preparations, well being checks, appointments and all other requirements.
Travel services
We are insured to take customers to and from appointments, whether it be a medical appointment, hair dressers, hospital, pet appointments.
