Conscious connected breathwork is the most underrated form of therapy that can empower you and help you release emotional and physical trauma. It is the most deeply transformative and powerful tool to harness and brings you into presence. Our minds are in the past or the future, the breath teaches us how to anchor ourselves into the present moment.

A lovely lovely community space in a quaint church setting. Original features still evident. Great cafe and garden area, with a hall of sorts for hire. Close to London Road and Preston Park, with ample parking being somewhat of an issue, but still is available with vouchers on the road. More...

What a gorgeous unusual space! I come to yoga here and it's an exquisite space. Cute cafe on site and a gallery space for local artists.

I came upon this place by chance and popped in for a coffee and vegan sausage roll (both very nice) then I had a wander around this VAST place. It's amazing!!! Certainly one of the most interesting spaces in town. I would have given it 5 stars but my phone couldn't connect to the WI-FI (tablet connected fine however). More...

Has anyone managed to get hold of this venue in weeks? We have been calling and emailing but are told that no one is available and to call again the following day. When we call again the following day, we are told the same thing. Disappointing. More...

What an absolute shambles. We wanted to book our wedding day here... and at no point felt that our booking was taken seriously. At points emails started with the name Joanna... and ended with Errol. The last contact from us was emailed on 23rd February... and we had an email from them yesterday... the day of our wedding... asking if WE KNEW what was happening. Had they not emailed yesterday I would not have made this review as I completely forgot about this shambles of a venue to hire. More...

A very interesting renovation, cleverly done keeping so many of the features of the church and furniture. Well worth a visit. I liked the way the office/conference rooms have been built inside the building. Old and new architecture working well together. More...

I had two massages and had booked a third but could not attend. The week before I sent two emails and phoned several times and left messages to rearrange and nobody got back to me which was extremely frustrating as I paid £44. I even went in and the employee texted the owner my details and still not contact. I will not go back as the they do not care about their customers More...

Love this venue, have been to Sound Baths in the chapel area and it was outstanding. Really good acoustics and wonderful experience laying under the large roof and windows. Not a fan of yoga in the room upstairs at the back as its too hot and smelly. More...

Beautiful building, great space for events, with friendly, helpful and polite staff, peaceful atmosphere, lovely cafe, a great place to put on a function or of the like, well situated in between Preston Park and Preston circus, or just pop in have a look around, normally some great art is on display.

What do you love most about your job?
I adore holding space for people to journey them through the places we often hide from the most. And actually getting people to breathe properly into their bodies, as practically every isn’t breathing deeply/in their bellies/letting go of their exhales.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My Mum sadly died 7 years ago, and I buried the grief I had in my system and went off travelling. A couple of years later, I experienced my first breathwork session, and wow, I didn’t realise how damn powerful it was! So much came up around my Mum (the body really does keep the score) and afterwards I never felt so ALIVE and present. It’s easy to learn, I really encourage all clients to start a self practice, it’s phenomenal for your entire system, you can release trauma and old stories that no longer serve you. It’s my favourite holistic practice and I love teaching it.
Why should our clients choose you?
I love what I do. And my clients repeatedly feed back to me that they felt safe to release whatever is holding them back from living their truest expression.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I do offer breathwork online as a shorter 1 hour session. I really encourage self exploration online, which means I guide you through self massage and touch as you consciously connect your breath.
I can’t offer CNT as it’s a physical massage.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Well ventilated, doors open and sanitising stations between clients.
Breathwork
A conscious connected breathwork session, first session is two hours and follow up sessions are 1.5hours.
Deeply nourishing for the mind body and soul. More on my website.
Abdominal Massage
Known as Chi Nei Tsang - energy and pressure applied to the stomach area for a 1.5hour treatment. We hold SO much tension in out stomach and it’s sadly always overlooked in most other massages. This treatment is specifically for your tummy, please look on my website for more details.
