My passion for creating HealthyEsteem began when, against all odds, I overcame his own self-esteem challenges & subsequently self-healed my own chronic back pain overnight as a result, having struggled for over 2 years.

Since my journey began all those years ago, I have trained with the world’s best in Mind-Body Medicine, Health Psychology & Consciousness Coaching.

I now use my personal understanding of how the stress of low self-esteem can lead to health problems, to help growth-focused people transform their self-confidence and health.

The work that I do is different to 99% of therapists, coaches & experts because my focus is on creating transformational & permanent change.

Rather than relying on clients to self-manage their thoughts, feelings & reactions, my clients benefit from retraining their brains, so that whatever is a problem for them presently is truly stopped in it's tracks. This is not about how to feel better for the rest of the day, but how to naturally feel better every day going forward. By focusing on powerful coaching methodology, permanent change is possible.
