Where to start ! What an amazing coach , it's been 2 years of hard training and specified technical exercises to improve technique movement and approach to training with a goal in mind ! I was focusing on strength training and recovering from a back injury. Through the right direction we strengthened my back and hamstrings to facilitate movement. Bobby is an excellent coach with a real interest and extensive knowledge of exercise, weight lifting and strength and conditioning.
He is a great motivator, but is also understanding and willing to adapt exercises to meet personal capabilities during each individual session.
I find that he is good at explaining each exercise, which ensures you're doing it properly and getting the full benefit!
Prices are great considering you get to train in a small private gym (which also helps if you don’t like training in a busy gym environment, with lots of spectators!)

What inspired you to start your own business?
BobTheCoach stems from my love of delivering sessions in a private 1-2-1 setting. I want my clients to enter the studio with one thing in mind. It is time to train. No distractions.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Fully air conditioned studio to promote airflow. Equipment is disinfected after every client.
1-2-1 Personal training
The most comprehensive training experience. I take you through a workout from start to finish. All you need to do is show up. I take care of the rest.
Online training
For those who cannot make it down to the studio frequently enough. I offer virtual sessions, here we can work with the equipment you have at hand and create a worthy session
Program design
Initially requires a session at the studio to gather important information required to create a personalised program.
A program will be 4 weeks long and for best results should require monthly sessions in the studio to test and introduce further intensity
