I have a lot of time for this lady. Beth has made what I thought was the impossible possible! I went to Beth in may with the idea of wanting to compete in my first ever bikini bodybuilding show. Of course not knowing what to expect I was a bit apprehensive at first but it’s the best money I’ve ever spent and the results speak for themselves after walking away with 2 first places. ☺️ Beth has guided me every step of the way, with a friendly, positive and professional attitude. Just finished Phase 1. Had a great month & Beth Brennan has helped me so much. I had previously lost my way & was in a rut with my diet of restricting & then eating everything in sight. I was fatigued all of the time & gaining weight even though I was exercising 5-6 times a week. I had previously tried low carb & crazy amounts of cardio but I was miserable. When chatting to Beth she said that I needed to up my carbs & by doing that my energy levels were much better & I wasn't as grumpy. Have lost 7lbs & feel much better in myself.
