Q&As

Helping people to become the best versions of themselves.

I wanted to focus on helping people after a career shake up.

I pride myself on creating a safe, non-judgemental, therapeutic space.
By only working online you’ll be able to access help wherever you are in the UK (& beyond)
Counselling is an opportunity to find and redefine yourself. It’s an honour to help you on that journey

All sessions are undertaken via FaceTime or WhatsApp.

By operating solely online all of my clients really are as safe as they would be in their own house

Services

A useful resource for senior level professionals, offering a safe and confidential debrief space, to unpack the day to day, process the difficult, and move forward in a positive way.

Chatting through your decisions and dilemmas with somebody outside of your head is surprisingly liberating. The self-imposed echo chamber is also self restricting, so having someone there as a sounding board, offering non-judgemental suggestions and tips gives you the space to see the woods through the trees

Anxiety, low mood, stress, anger management, grief, are just some of areas of your life that a talking therapy can help you with. Focussing on client centred therapy we can explore together the root of the issues, or, if you'd prefer simply focus on the future? You will know which of these routes sound the more appropriate for your life journey

Decades of experience working with young people means that I can say with authority that I'm lucky enough to just "get them".
Understanding that sometimes to work with the teens you need to do some work with the family too.

Being neuro diverse can also lead to mental health struggles. Learning techniques to navigate and work within a neuro typical world, whilst staying true to yourself is the aim.
