I want to say how wonderful your cake for our 20th Wedding Anniversary is. We finally cut it today and shared it with friends. It was absolutely fabulous!!! My Husband was blown away when he saw it. Louise made my husbands 30th birthday cake, and it looked and tasted fabulous!! It was in the shape of the numbers 3 & 0, one was chocolate cake and one was banana bread, and she made my vision of them looking like cheese come to life! ! When I hired Louise from Alana Lilly Chocolates & Cakes to make a cake for my daughters baby shower I got more than I asked for, in a manner of speaking. I sent her three pictures and explained what I liked in each one and how I would like my cake. Louise asked if I wanted chocolate fudge cake and of course I said “Yes”. I mean, who wouldn’t want fudge cake. I never expected the amazing taste, and I do mean Amazing! It was chocolate cake drizzled with marmalade, covered with a thick layer of fudge and the topped with fondant. Wow, the fondant was to die for!!! To most people, including me, fondant is just fondant nothing really amazing about it. But, this one had such a wonderful taste. Was that because of the cake, marmalade and fudge?……I don’t think so because I was eating the fondant on it’s own and loving it.



OK, now I've covered the taste of the cake lets consider how it looked. The cake was beautiful! The picture speaks for itself – Beautiful! It was exactly what I had asked for right down to every detail, The colour, the style….. even the flowers. It was the centre piece of the baby shower.

Amazing talented lady. I asked for a ferret cake to look like my daughters pet ferret and she made a cake far better than I had pictured in my head.
