Knights Estate Agents have been very helpful and professional during the entire renting process. Phillipa Shoults has made the whole process a stressfree one by making herself available to answer the many, many questions put to her in an efficient, professional, straightforward, patient, and friendly way. Many queries were quickly sorted out by her, face to face, by email or by phone which included her liaising with the landlord on issues with which I was not familiar and needed assistance. Restored my faith in estate agents!

After a particularly bad experience when I purchased a previous property, I was very weary when I came to sell. Ross has been fantastic throughout. He's been honest from the beginning, giving me constant updates and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. Our sale was slowed down by a difficult solicitor and Ross has really gone above and beyond to see the sale through. I've never called in and not had a call back within the hour if he's unavailable. They provide the exact service you need at the stressful time that is selling and buying!
