Pest Control
On time, very professional and thorough. Two more visits as required. Very thankful Jim was in an unmarked vehicle. There is a stigma attached to having bedbugs. I was just so embarrassed. I had my first good sleep last night with no unwanted visitors. 😌 Thanks Jim More...

Bed Bug Extermination
Jim was utterly amazing!! Came for the inspection and did all the work that same day!! I highly recommend them for their level of work!
Bed Bug Inspection/Assessment
A THOROUGH INSPECTION of all bedrooms and common lounging areas (living room/family room) is conducted to determine if and where the bed bugs are located. At that time a cost assessment is presented and if are agreed upon, a Vac/Steam treatment commences on the spot, NO WAITING to rebook treatment.
Bed Bug Treatment Options
There are basically 2 options for effectively eradicating bed bugs: Vac/Steam or Thermal Remediation. We offer both!
Vac/Steam is the most common. After the inspection has been completed and cost assessment has been presented, the treatment commences of the spot, NO WAITING to rebook for treatment .
Cost is based on the number of rooms that need to be treated and the infestation levels. Please keep in mind, ONLY THE ROOMS that exhibit bed bug activity are treated. The Vac/Steam Treatment is a targeted approach with MINIMAL PREP. 1st room Starting @ $525, additional rooms Starting @ $325. Typically included 2 treatments and a follow-up inspection (all 2 weeks apart). A boxspring cover, climbups and traps are included, where applicable.
Aprehend bio-spray is available at an additional cost Starting @ $100 per room but NOT always required. Also have a heat tent to treat more challenging and sensitive items.
Thermal Remediation (heating up the dwelling) needs to scheduled for another date to allow occupants time to prepare (certain items need to be removed). Cost is based on the size of the dwelling, infestation levels and numbers of floors to be heated.
