We believe in finding the right fit for our clients, we offer a free 15 minute consultation to assess whether our counselling methodology would be a good fit for your specific needs. Through our relationships within the community we offer referrals to other Counselling practices if we do not fit your specific needs.

Yes we specialize in online/remote services, through our online program we are able to do one on one sessions on a secure and completely private platform.

We offer remote/online services so there is no exposure risk for Covid-19

Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home at a time that is convenient for you through the Jane app scheduling platform. My mission is to help clients become aware of their inner strengths and to build hope and resiliency. I am committed to providing a safe space for clients to be, to learn and to grow.
