Hello, welcome to my page and thank you for visiting. I am so happy you are here. It takes courage to take this step towards healing. I believe everyone has the capacity to heal. I aim to create a safe space that is warm, grounded, compassionate and curious with understanding, in order to build a relationship where we can explore together to find, connect, care for and heal your wounded parts in order to live and be your authentic self.

What do you love most about your job?
I love building relationship and trust with others in order to work together to process and heal what may be getting in the way of living and being their authentic self.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to continue working with others to heal what perhaps may be getting in the way of living their best life and being their authentic self.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe it is important to build a relationship to create trust and safety and use a modality that feels right for you. I have specialized working with unresolved trauma for over 15 years and have training in a variety of therapeutic modalities including EMDR. I am eclectic and believe in working organically.

I can provide services online/remotely to those living in Ontario, Nova Scotia and Manitoba.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I provide remote sessions as well as in office follow covid-19 recommendations.
Counselling/Psychotherapy
I work with individuals on a variety of things they may be struggling with. Some of these include: misusing substances; anger management; anxiety; depression; mood disorders - emotional disturbance; disordered eating; grief; phobias; relationship issues; self-esteem, self-worth; sex addiction; stress and; trauma.
I am training in a variety of therapeutic modalities and will work with the one that resinates with you.
My fees are $115 and my designation is usually covered by insurance companies as well as I am a NIHB (status) provider.
