Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was originally only supposed to work with him for a short time but after seeing how my goals became important to him, I decided to still with him for a long term. Training with Amir was amazing! I worked out with Amir for the last 3 months of a 6months contract at Gold's gym and I wish I had started earlier with him. Amir listened to every single concern I had during the first session and was able to assist with every single need my body had. For instance, I had some knee issues that led me to work out with a knee brace, and in the first week, he determined what it was and how to deal with it. I stopped wearing my brace, I stopped having issues with my knees that had been bothering me for the last 7 more years. No other trainer was able to help me with that until I met Amir. I thought I was going to live with that for the rest of my life. Amir, guided me through mobility and core workouts every session, building a strong foundation for my body for strength sessions. I had never reached so many PRs, including deadlift (where I injured my back many times before meeting Amir) , hip thrusts, and squats. I worked with Amir after recovering from an emergency c-section and throughout a harrowing work schedule. He was amazing, and an excellent communicator. I especially appreciate how creative he is in finding work arounds for injuries. You're never going to miss a work out if you don't want to with Amir. He'll find a way to modify an exercise so you still get a great work out, and that's hard to do with abdominal and back injuries. He approaches his coaching sessions like a physiotherapist: heavily influenced by kinesiology and very balanced. Amir is an excellent personal trainer. I’m proud of the progress I’ve made under his supervision. He knows how to push your body properly without damaging it and if you’re having an issue with a muscle group that day is quick to switch to different exercises that stretch out the area while building on the supportive muscles. I’ve tried quite a few personal training sessions before, but I never saw anyone who would constantly watch and help me to exercise in proper way. I decided to start going to the gym around late May and look into getting a personal trainer for improvement in my mobility and strength due to my mild physical impairment. I was skeptical at first because I wasn't sure if the trainers even knew how to accommodate me. I was paired with Amir and I explained my disability, he took notes and assured me that he'll be able to compile a workout routine after doing a bit more research. After a few months of working with him, I'm pleased that the work I've done with him has been very effective, and I've shown great progress in my physical and mental health. Amir is motivating, optimistic, and has a positive attitude. He constantly encourages you to do your best to achieve your fitness goals. I started working out with Amir in January 2022. I’m happy to say I’m still at it and seeing great results not only in my strength and endurance but also in my attitude about working out. I have already met some of my goals and now I am setting new ones. I’m 54 years old and Amir tailors each workout for my needs. I have lost 15 pounds in 3 months and am very happy about my progress. Working with Amir has led me to find confidence I hadn’t even realised was lost. From where I started to where I am now is night and day in strength, physique, and how I feel. I appreciate how he gives you the knowledge to use for when you're alone in the gym. Training for me is enjoyable again.

Amir is also thoughtful in his approach. I have an old injury that was preventing me from having the mobility needed for some workouts and Amir took (and is still taking) the time to find mobility exercises that have helped my ankle rehab hugely.

Cannot recommend Amir enough for anyone who is starting at the gym or someone looking to hit bigger goals. He’ll get you to where you want to be and further than you thought you could go.

I'm so happy that I found Amir when I started getting serious about working out and getting to the gym. He's able to help me set a regular schedule and keep it. I had been trying to figure out things at home and with the internet and it was a mess. If I kept going with that I wouldn't have seen any changes and I would have hurt myself. Amir is a worth while trainer for anyone truly wanting to learn how to do it right. Since working with Amir for the last 2years, my confidence in the gym has sky rocketed knowing I was taught how to do exercises correctly and efficiently. As a woman
I’m no longer afraid to be in the weight section with all the guys. I did a mix of online and in person training sessions and you can be sure he will put his 100% effort in to you if you show the same commitment.
I have surpassed any strength goals I set for myself- lifting heavier than I ever would’ve thought and am the leanest I have ever been.
With Amir youll get a trainer who is no bullsh*t and will give you quality training that’s worth the costs.

Absolutely! While I will always recommend in person sessions, I understand that some might not be able to afford it long term or live too far away. I offer programming that builds you up from whatever starting point you’re at. You’ll receive calls/texts and have direct access to me to help guide you through the program and insure we continuously make progress towards your goals.

For remote training, depending on location and distance from me, an additional rate will be added to all packages.
