Emmanuel has been extremely supportive in helping me through a difficult period in my life. He does not provide the answers rather encourages and supports you in finding what works best for you. He has many useful tools and strategies and shows you how to implement each of these into your daily routine. Emmanual has not only been supportive to me during session but has also reached out, following up after sessions and checking in regularly. Working with Emmanuel has been very productive and informative. Very flexible to work with, presents thought provoking ideas, emotionally and intellectually understanding, a series of habit forming exercises and mantras that build a refined character. In my ongoing time with him, I’ve been able to articulate many of my frustrations and fears with my life and to be challenged to face many of these issues with a proper understanding of my character and utilising my strengths to address my weaknesses. Highly recommended for anyone seeking honest and straight forward counselling.
