I decided on counselling, because of a recent, experience during a funeral. Chris demonstrated, active listening whist I, talked. He was able to, detect in my ramblings, some key topics. I was amazed, at how he, was able to identify, pertinent information. We decided on me, working on one key issue. This was decided, because this one behaviour, came up in every, topic I spoke about.

I went home with, a reflective task, to write about, for my next session. I felt comfortable, with Chris. He was attentive and professional. I will continue, to work with Chris, to the end. I am confident, that my issue, will be resolved,

If you are looking for counselling or support I can not recommend these people enough!! Chris has literally turned my life around! Over many years I have seen several different counsellors but not one has understood and then helped me to make such a difference! Talking with Chris you actually feel that he cares and wants the best for me. I am now on a fantastic journey, discovering who I actually am. What I want out of life. For the first time ever I can stand up for me and what I want. For the first time ever I am in control!! More...

To help people living the best life possible – Being a counsellor for many years and seeing so many positive life-changing experiences this was the natural way to go – Enjoying what we do and having a passion for Mental Health. Our business grows every day and most of our new clients come from referrals. We have just opened new and bigger offices in the heart of Perth in order to take on many more new clients.

We are different than the rest – our mission is to improve the community’s understanding of mental health and the mind-body connection between mental and physical health. Provide education and opportunities for individuals to identify early warning signs of mental illness and subsequently provide programs and an environment that supports recovery and improves resilience for these individuals. Assure that those who request information and need mental health care referral have confidential access to the appropriate information and know-how to obtain care.

Yes we do online counselling with many clients via zoom or other appropriate services – We also travel to meet clients in the regional areas face to face or in group sessions – We are very flexible regarding our services and do our best to accommodate our clients as per their requests.

We work strictly according to appointments and our clients do not come in contact with each other. We have a waiting area for our clients and we disinfect the area after each client. We also use the Covid Safe app in our offices and our clients must sign in when they arrive for an appointment.
We have cleaners for our offices on a regular basis to clean and to disinfect. All our clients must use our hand sanitiser station on arrival.
