A great website is focused on the customer and their experience. Provide your customers with a website that is easy to navigate and visually appealing. If your website is a customer's first impression of your business, make it a good one!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I ask my clients to give me a clear idea of their business and what they want a website for. Some businesses use a website as social proof, others may use it as an online shopping experience, each client's needs vary.
Describe your creative process.
It is important to understand what each client expects and needs from their website. I use graphics/images, colours, fonts and logos to create a website that my client will love.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
- The business Logo; either a completed Logo or an idea of a Logo so that we can complete this as well.
- Colours - a primary colour and an accent colour (Hex Codes make it easy!)
- Graphics and Images
- And most importantly content.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the creative process and building something that my clients love. I feel like this allows businesses to grow and reach their potential.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love working with website design and graphic design. Using my skills and knowledge to help small business owners build their business is exciting and empowering.
