What do you love most about your job?
There is nothing more rewarding to me than helping others and watching individuals blossom to reach there true potential. This is my passion, it's what get's me out of bed in the morning. Knowing that everyday I'm helping others to improve their mental health, which in turn can help a family unit come together or a business achieve their goals, inspires and motivates me everyday!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I didn't have a mentor when I was younger and therefore I had to learn the hard way by enduring lots of pain and many, many uncomfortable situations to get to where I am today. Although the difficult times are essential for growth and taught me so much, I love to assist others reach their true potential quicker. Essentially, I like people to learn from my 'battle scars' and having mentored many people in my career, I am now in a position to reach many more individuals to multiply the change. I believe this is my true purpose in life.

From an early age I have encountered so many painful experiences and personal challenges, follow that up with over 25 years of corporate leadership culminating in becoming Managing Director of a global logistics business and I can guarantee you that whatever difficult situation you find yourself in, I have either been in the same situation or coached someone through a similar scenario. I have only succeeded in business by using my high emotional intelligence and always focusing on my people first! This has enabled me to develop a unique and high impact way of being able to shortcut growth in others. If you are honest with me and commit to take the actions from my proven methodology, we will definitely get you to where you want be and I will be passionately by your side every step of the way!

Yes, we can be face-to-face at my coaching venue in Alexandria, Sydney or virtual calls on any of the such as Teams, Zoom etc.
We will also stay in regular contact via phone or text as required to keep you accountable and support you along your journey :)

My coaching venue has a fully accredited COVID-safe plan in place with more than enough space to carry our adequately socially-distanced face to face sessions.
