What makes a great website?
There are a few key elements combined that will make a great website:
1) Easy to navigate
2) Create a great user experience
3) Visual storytelling, people will glance over a site in a few seconds and decide if they want to take more time to read it properly and engage
4) Content, good use of headlines and bullet points
5) Conversion rate optimisation - make it easy for potential customers to get in touch with you.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I send all clients an online website questionnaire.
It asks questions like, "tell me a bit about your business?", "who are your competitors?", "do you have or need a blog?", "what do you like/dont like about X website?"
by asking these questions I get an understanding of what you want and need, so I can accurately quote and deliver results.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping elevate my clients' businesses. Create outstanding branding, delivery quality websites and improve ROI on other marketing forms such as SEO, Google Ads and Social Media. I am a marketing geek!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Knowing it could be done better! After working for big industry corporates I got frustrated with the lack of true customer service & accountability. Simple things got overly complicated and took far too long.
