What do you love most about your job?
I love to see that ‘aha!’ moment from my students! I also love chatting and building rapport with people in general, which was a strong drive in my decision to start tutoring! Witnessing students starting to love English really makes this job worth it!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After providing tutoring sessions within school, I found a passion for helping students. This blossomed into a drive to provide tutoring services for any student in need! I once hated English myself, and once I understood the appeal and found out how to study for it, it became my most enjoyable subject! From this, I wanted to spread my tips and tricks to other students in similar positions!

I am a nurturing and supportive individual who has experience in tutoring and helping students reach their full potential! I will provide an environment most suited to the student’s learning style, and will be able to adapt to individual strengths and weaknesses within the subject!

Yes! When doing classes online, I tend to use zoom, so that I can bring up a whiteboard or share screens with the student in order to keep them engaged! I will also request that the student turns their camera on, so that I can ensure that they are listening and focussed!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated against covid-19 and will wear a mask upon request! I also have a stash of RAT tests, which I take at least 1-3 hours before any in person session!
