I’m starting my own sole personal trainer business.

I have been in the health and fitness industry almost a decade and work in various roles such as sport trainer, first aid officer and exercise physiologist.

I have an exercise science bachelor degree and am a registered personal trainer through my degree.

By motivating them and ensure my clients stay on track and don’t go back into their own habits. A lot of my clients struggle with exercise due to the exertion and effort. But I often say to my clients ‘pain is only temporary’ then it will get easier if you stay consistent with your performance.

Exercise consistently and ensure you eat right. They say 80% diet is what you put in your body and 20% exercise. That is 100% true. It doesn’t matter how much you exercise, but if you don’t eat right. You will never get healthy.

Be my own boss and get to choose my clients and having the flexibility to choose my own hours. I also want to be able to help others by setting high standards and goals.
