Flowers from Lisa's

I ordered flowers for my partner to be delivered at mount pleasant on the same day, ordered at around 2:30 pm to be delivered by 4:30pm, I wasn’t aware about the 24 hour delivery minimum so I called the shop at around 3pm and asked if this is still reasonable being that it’s in the same centre that the store operates from, they advised this is totally fine, unfortunately because I had done this on a Thursday, the day had got quite busy which is completely understandable, and they hadn’t been delivered during the day, even with my unreasonable request to have them delivered the same day as requesting them, they called me first thing the next morning and advised me about the delivery not happening and offered a consolation (offered a box of chocolates free of charge) and had them delivered the next day, I am so appreciative of the exceptional customer service, being that i am in the same industry I am aware that things happen and I was in the wrong to begin with, but I am beyond, so very beyond happy with the service, being offered a consultation for something that I was mistaken for in the first place is so unbelievably kind of them, if I were to ever use a flourish again I would be rushing to their business and certainly suggesting them to anyone, I am so impressed with the service, thank you so so much
