I highly recommend Cindafit! I have lived a restrictive lifestyle beforehand, exercising so hard everyday, following the current diet trends, then binging on the weekend due to restricting myself during the week. This bad relationship with food caused a lot of guilt and stress. Now I am educated more than ever in nutrition, eating balanced meals everyday and feeling no restrictions. My journey with Lucinda started 18 weeks ago and I’ve never looked back. I was so scared to reach out in fear of failure but once I started I was hooked! I would recommend Lucinda if you’re thinking of starting a weight loss journey or just getting a better understanding around nutrition! 20wks, I can say I couldn't be happier - I was in a terrible mental state when i reached out to you. Now I'm 6.5kg lighter, cms down, feeling fit, mentally stronger and happier. I've gained so much knowledge about how to manage and control my nutrition that I ever have before, I no longer feel like I'm in a constant battle and "diet" with myself. I know I can enjoy what I want, as long as I track it appropriately. I'm happy I no longer have to cook separate meals for myself and family!! I’m no longer fixated on the numbers not going down quick enough because I’ve learnt and seen how my reacts and fluctuates throughout a month. My journey and my body can’t be compared to anyone’s else’s which was something I struggled with in the past! Slow, steady and consistent... not always perfection ! I started my journey with Cindafit 12 weeks ago. I had followed Cindafit for a while and tried some recipes before I took a chance on them. At the beginning I just wanted to stop the spiral of weight gain and stop feeling bloated all the time but I got so much more. From the first day I started Cindafit I never felt like I was on a diet or missing out anything. I started feeling so much better in my digestion and the weight loss followed. Even with having two surgery’s and limited movement in my 12 weeks I still lost 4.6kgs and 21 cm and gained so much knowledge and confidence around food. Thank you Lucinda and Cindafit!! When I started with Cindafit I had a baseline understanding of nutrition and macros and how to stick to a meal plan, but not how to manage one myself. I had previously lost weight through a 12 week meal plan program but was stuck at low calories, not seeing any more weight loss and feeling hungry and irritated. Cinda was so patient with me as I struggled through a stressful work period, not being able to stick to my macros and not seeing any progress. She worked closely with me to realise my goal needed to change from weight loss to maintenance & re-build and we started slowly building my calories back up. Amidst this process I also went leaps and bounds in my mindset, re-adjusted my attitude to the scales and my training sessions were the best I had had in a long time (it was all the food!!). Twenty weeks on and I am great shape physically and mentally. I am now also confident in my own ability to track what I am eating and can manage my nutrition on my own. I can tell when my nutrition is not on point and know what I need to change to get it back where I need it so I can perform at my best. This program is great in that I was educated along the way so I can continue my progress on my own and not end up “stuck” like I was when I first met Cinda. What’s even better is I am now eating more than when I started with her and my shape is much leaner and stronger. More...

Lucinda is highly knowledgeable and is extremely supportive. She is a wonderful coach and has helped to educate me on how nutrition is broken down in the body & also on shifting my mindset towards food! Having the accountability of checking in with her is really great & is why I’m continuing on her program for another 12 weeks, having lost 8kg in our previous block! Coming up to 3 months with Cindafit and can’t believe how easy this has been and kicking myself for not starting sooner. You always hear the buzz words about “diets” and what you should or shouldn’t eat and I can’t believe how wrong all that is. You have shown me how this is a lifestyle rather than a diet while still eating all that delicious food. Besides from how my body is changing the next best thing is knowing every night I can sit down and have a dessert and not one bit of guilt creeps in. Your encouragement each week and guidance is amazing and I’m so thankful I’m now feeling really good about me. Carbs are life, Pizza is king and ice cream is not the enemy!! More...

Working with Lucinda I thought my main goal was to loose weight, but once we got started together I realised that the thing I had to work on the most was my the mindset I had with food! Not only have I achieved a loss of 7.5kg She has also helped me gain back the confidence with eating the food I enjoy without the guilt! I started with Lucinda in February this year, 5 month post partum, wanting to get my confidence back and learn how to make flexible eating part of my lifestyle. I can easily recommend Cindafit's 6 week program! The information and support is so helpful, especially all the motivation received during weekly check ins. I learnt so much and it really helped me with portioning and food nutrition. I lost just over 4kg and over 34cm off my body in only 6 weeks! and I ate desserts almost every night!! Lucinda is amazing at what she does! She is so passionate about nutrition and helping others. She has helped me over the last 12+ weeks build a much better relationship with food, feel great and the bonus of losing almost 5kg (without feeling like being on a diet)! “I started to follow Cindafit on instagram a few months before I had the courage to message her, after making contact I felt like she was the right person to finally break habits and re-set a mindset for life so why not give it a go, after all our health is something that controls everything in life energy, mood, health risk factors, overall happiness. Well, 18 weeks down and 8 kilos gone. Lucinda has helped me get back on track, not only to drop some kilos but to feel good again, eat good and to cook up delicious food. I just finished my first 12 weeks with Cindafit and all I can say is wow!! I have lost over 13kgs and have gained so much knowledge towards my nutrition and health. Not only did Lucinda give me all the support I needed to nail my goals, I was also at a very low point with my mental health when I started and through the support and encouragment she has given me, I am well on my way to being my old and happy self again! She has gone above and beyond throughout this pandemic and has made sure each and everyone of us were ok and had everything we needed to succeed. I’ve just completed the 12 week program with Cindafit and have signed up to continue to week 24. The results have been amazing, I’ve not only lost weight but lost so many cms around my entire body. I feel like I’m eating more food than I did prior to the program and eating food that I love! I have learnt so much about nutrition and gained a positive outlook on food. Before starting Cindafit I really knew nothing about nutrition or macros . I made unhealthy food choices, skipped meals and felt like I was constantly saying “I can’t eat that” or “I am on a diet”. . then I would binge and feel guilty. After seeing the Cindafit program online I was skeptical... eat pizza or pasta and lose weight?! My brain couldn’t really fathom it. Wow... fast forward 7 weeks and my mind is blown! Each week I have consistently lost weight while eating a range of foods that I actually enjoy. My whole relationship and mindset with food has completely changed. I feel empowered. Flexible and easy recipes that have been created by Lucinda, plus email and telephone support. Lucinda has been wonderful, she has kept me motivated and accountable.
