I am currently working with Bella 1:1 and this program has been nothing short of amazing.
Ever since I was child, I would experience feelings of anxiety that had a huge impact on how I would breathe;
tight chest, and what felt like a struggle to properly catch my breath, constantly yawning and feeling like I could never quite get enough air in.
This experience ultimately had a huge effect on my health which resulted in total “burn out” and along with that came chronic fatigue. After multiple tests with doctors (and being told there is nothing wrong) left me so confused and disheartened that I thought this is just what life is.
This is when I came across Bella who has been an absolute godsend, and she has shown me how to use simple techniques to breathe easier and feel so much calmer. So much of my discomfort has resided and it has helped me sleep better, think clearer and I even have more energy.
If you need 1:1 support I cannot recommend this program or Bella enough!

This course has changed my life!

Hard to put into words how this course affected my life. It’s helped me reduce stress and calmed me down if I was ever panicking or feeling overwhelmed. Just with the act of counting my breath I’ve completely stopped using CBD to sleep and I wake feeling so much more rested. Supporting, empowering and uplifting women in my community. I feel so blessed to be able to help so many women take back control of their health.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The deep sense of 'knowing' I had that I had something so powerful to offer women. Many online health & wellness educators and courses are designed around male studies, male hormones and mens health - but 99% of women don't realise this. This is why I feel SO passionately about educating and empowering women about working with and honouring our female bodies and hormones.
