As a fully accredited exercise Physiologist i provide customized Exercise programs for Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation.

I particularity love helping recover from injury or illness and getting them back into their regular fitness and health programs, be that in the yoga studio, gym, group fitnes class, or out in nature.

I live in Batemans Bay NSW, so if you are ion the area and want to pop i for some acupuncture you are most welcome.

Alternatively, for Online or telehealth, I can coach you how to use the principles of Chinese Medicine, the 5 elements Theory in particularity to create a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I've been practicing Yoga, Ongoing and Mediation for 25 years and love to interoperate these traditional practices with a modern undersigning of neuroscience, exercise science and change psychology. In this way we work together to develop a personal practice that meets your health goals

In today modern world in can be really confusing on knowing what to do to stay healthy, fit and active. Drawing on 25 years of clinical experience as an exercise Physiologist and Acupuncturist I can help guide you through the maze of getting your health back, including
- the right type of exercise program for you, cardio, weights, yoga, pilates...whats going to be the best for you body.
- Breath-work and nervous system regulation to manage your stress response. I teach you how to breath correctly so you can mange your stress response - fight or flight, so you can clam down, or turn it on when needed.

- I help you to create the perfect sleeping environment so you can get the best nights sleep ever. sleep in the number one priority for weight loss, stress, learning, memory and energ.y

-Nutrition, so I can help you avoid the pitfall of fad diets and programs, and develop a healthy eating program that suits your body we can spend alot of time looking at what your eating, and perhaps more imnportanly why.

- Mediation - I help you learn the MASTER skill of mediation so you can gain deeper insight as to who you are, and why perhaps you keep making the same mistakes. At higher levels you are able to connect with inner purpose and drive and start crafting a life of abundance.

Health Coaching is a Long term collaborative approach where we work together to develop the key skills of cultivate health, fitness and longevity.
