Lynne is an amazing health coach! After listening to all my fears and concerns, Lynne helped me by making an individualized plan for my weight loss. On this plan, I have had amazing success! Lynne also does monthly challenges to get you motivated and is there every step of the way for you.

In addition to weight loss, Lynne has helped me with my migraines. I was taking prescription medicine for them and wanted a more holistic approach. I went to see Lynne and was very pleased with the help and knowledge that she gave me. I am now off prescription medicine and dealing with my migraines through a natural approach.

I would highly recommend Lynne as a health coach to anyone or for any dealing with migraines!

I suffered from migraines at least weekly, often more frequently. Lynne has provided me with some great tips to help head off or relieve my migraines without medication through stretching, exercises, diet and even essential oils. This is 100% important to me as the owner of my business. I believe that our health and well-being are key to living and maintaining a happy, healthy lifestyle, and to increasing our lifespan and love of life. It is my mission to bring awareness and change to people one at a time so that they can experience how good health feels and how a lifestyle change can totally change your life for the better.

I love to see people have a breakthrough and really understand and embrace a healthy lifestyle. I love to see people lose weight healthily and see their medical conditions improve. I love it when a person goes from having zero energy to being an energetic and rejuvenated person. I love teaching people ways to fit a healthy lifestyle into their already busy lives and still be successful.

My own health history inspired me to take this path. I was a yo-yo and fad dieter most of my life which led to numerous surgeries, health conditions plus daily migraines. I was addicted to sugar and inflammation became a huge part of my life. I searched for answers that didn't involve traditional medicine which led me to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. The knowledge I gained changed the way I feel and think about healthy living. In making the changes I radically changed my "migraine life," and my health conditions. For myself, I found the key to success with weight loss does not involve deprivation or starvation, nor does it mean counting calories or staying constantly on the weight scale. A healthy lifestyle should be fun, attainable and sustainable. I no longer live with that mid-day energy slump, moodiness, headaches and continual weight gain, but have a happy and healthy lifestyle which I want to share with others.

I am not about deprivation, starvation or pills, and potions. I believe a healthy lifestyle is the only way to go to get healthy, lose weight, manage stress. I don't count calories or points and you can certainly still have your sweet treats and wine if that's what you like. I am all about a lifestyle change that is manageable and easily done. I am non-judgmental and hold myself to a high standard with an ethical, no-nonsense approach that helps my clients be successful.

Services

No two people are alike. We all have different bodies, metabolisms, underlying medical issues (or not), and various goals for weight loss. We also have different schedules, limits, needs, and lifestyles. Some people want a “quick-fix” but having a long-term lifestyle change takes a little longer, yet the end result will prove that you are successful.

I focus on you. My clients are individuals, and I treat them as such. When you work with me for health and fitness coaching, I consider your history, including what has worked and didn’t work in the past. We discuss your goals and your challenges. You’re not a client by number—you’re a client by name!

Health and Fitness Coaching Goals

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutritional advice and determine what changes are necessary for you.

1 on 1 Private Wellness Coaching

I offer both a 3-month program and a 6-month Coaching Program, to suit your needs. Whichever program you choose, I am committed to providing you with the best ongoing support throughout the programs that I can give you. My private coaching classes offer a vast array of services to meet your individual needs. I work with people who suffer with migraines and headaches to bring about a lifestyle that is proven to work, and which can lessen the severity and frequency of migraines naturally and holistically.

I also offer 3 and 6-month programs to help people achieve the healthy lifestyle they want; whether through weight loss, balanced living, self-esteem, relationships, low energy, lack of physical exercise, help with specific illnesses, or other areas of your life that are important to you. Whatever path you wish to follow, I am committed to helping you achieve your lifelong goals and aspirations. My programs are tailor-made to suit your individual needs.

I offer programs that are specific to your needs. Generally, every program includes:

Two 60-minute sessions per month
E-mail support between sessions
Recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
Simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
Access to my weekly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes
My personal commitment to your health and success

This is a 50 minute initial consultation where we see if we are a good fit to work together. We discuss your health concerns and how I can help you. We discuss some plans and goals to help you on your way to success, and also to see if we should work together for a longer period of time on your health journey.
