I love this program I love this program. I was skeptical at first as it if very expensive and I have tried a board and train before that was cheaper but not worth the money. Good news is they offer a payment plan. The trainer picked my dog up and dropped him off when he was all finished even though she was 2 hours away. We worked/are working with Tressie and I only have positive things to say about her. She had my 7 month old pup for 4 weeks and she did excellent with giving him more confidence to be a better pup. He has only been home for 3 days now but she helped build his confidence so much that he is like a new pup. I'm not saying he is now perfect, as he isn't but his listening skills have improved at least 90%. Don't go into a training like this thinking there will be no work required by you when they arrive home because you will be disappointed. Work is required but they will guide you through how to handle everything you are having issues with. My pup did get a small injury on his foot during one of his play sessions but she made sure to tell me right away and kept an eye on it while he was there. My favorite part about this program was the daily video updates and the constant communication. It's very nerve wrecking sending your pup away with a stranger for 4 weeks but she reassured me everyday. Not only telling me, but showing me he is doing well. I also loved that he was in her own home and not left in a boarding facility.

Sam was amazing to my Australian Shepherd, Koopa. I really thought that there was no way that my dog was ever going to change his behavior but Sam did it. I can’t thank him enough for all that he has done for our baby boy.

Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what to do with our dog, Harry. Instantly, Ben had Harry under control & showed us how to control him. And its working!!!!
