Ray is absolutely fabulous! He installed my security system a few years ago (I don’t remember the price, however if you look back at the reviews I’m sure you’ll find it there) not only has the system been wonderful, anytime I’ve had any issues Ray has been right there to help me out. I seem to live in an older area, phone and cable lines are not the best, so I have been through several different Internet providers and within different providers, a numerous types of modems. Every time an ISP or modem needs to be changed, that change has to be forwarded on to the Security company, so I can access my system when outside of my house, & every time this happens, Ray has been quick to come over & help me out. We’ve gotten to the point now that I can do most of the updates myself… I am learning… LOL, however, anytime I do need him he gets back to me right away. Anytime he can’t help me, he’s got a fabulous network of people who can. It’s not always about the initial purchase with some products, it’s much more often about the ongoing Support, & this is where Ray excels. He even updated some of the software on my system for no charge making life easier for me the next time I have to switch out modems :-) Thanks Ray, for all your help, past & future! Barb :-D
